Located across from an urban reservoir envisioned as a future public lake, the project is conceived as a catalyst for reconnecting the surrounding neighborhood to the waterfront and creating a more active, walkable urban district. A collection of mixed-use buildings frames the street with housing and other uses above an active ground level of retail, civic, and community-oriented spaces. The design emphasizes stronger pedestrian connections between the city and the future lakefront, while new sidewalks, landscaping, public gathering areas, and active building frontages bring greater energy to the street. Together, the buildings and public realm establish a more welcoming urban edge—one that supports everyday neighborhood life while helping transform the reservoir into a civic and recreational destination.
